The Venue
- A large 500 capacity conference room.
- 80 6’x2′ tables, with larger banquet-style tables available if required.
- Open from 9am each day.
- No close time. Last person out turns out the lights.
- Licensed bar in the room with bar food, open until 1am each morning.
- Tuck shop available throughout the day.
- On site restaurant also available.
Accommodation
- You can book rooms at the Royal Court Hotel. The options are:
- Single Room – £50 Bed & Breakfast or £65 Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
- Double Room – £60 Bed & Breakfast or £90 Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
- Triple Room – £70 Bed & Breakfast or £115 Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
The price is per night and includes breakfast and the use of the hotel’s indoor swimming pool facilities. If you do not select the ‘Dinner’ option you can still get bar food at the hotel bar, and potentially from the onsite restaurant, but the latter will depend on their capacity.
Once you have successfully bought your ticket for PunchedCON you will receive a confirmation email. In the email will be a form on the Britannia Hotels website that will allow you to request to book one of these rooms. The hotel staff will then contact you a few weeks before the event to take your payment. Room availability is first come first served.
Don’t worry if you miss out on one of these rooms. There are plenty of other accommodation options in Coventry centre for around £50-60 pn. The venue for PunchedCON is only 15mins by taxi from the centre.
