You are entitled to cancel your booking following the refund rules that we have set out on the website here.

By making this booking you have been automatically signed up to the PunchedCON newsletter, so keep an eye on your email for further updates from us on news related to the event that we’ll send out in the newsletter.

Here is the link to the room booking form for the rooms we have blocked booked at the Royal Court Hotel.

Although the event runs Friday to Sunday, you may want to arrive on the Thurs evening / leave the Monday morning, hence block booking some rooms for that.

Room prices per night at the hotel for 2026 are as follows:

  • Single Room (Thurs, Fri & Sun) / (Sat) – £65 / £69 Bed & Breakfast
  • Double Room (Thurs, Fri  & Sun) / (Sat) – £79 / £89 Bed & Breakfast

On the booking for you’ll see it says “Saturday supplements apply”. On the Saturday night the single room costs an extra £4, and the double and extra £10. That’s what this means.

For either room option, you can add the option of a meal from the carvery by choosing the DBB (dinner, bed & breakfast) from the drop down list for an extra £15 pp per night. We’d recommend this. The food is far from Michelin star quality, but it’s quick and plentiful. Historically the bar food offerings have been patchy.

At this point you just fill in the form to let the hotel know what type of room you want, and for how many nights. You will pay for the room upon arrival at the event. So don’t worry if you don’t hear from them. Provided you fill in the form, your room will be reserved.

Please note that the room booking arrangements are not the responsibility of the organisers of PunchedCON. The refund policy for the room itself is set by the hotel, and set-out in its T&Cs.

Alternatively, if you don’t want to stay at the Royal Court Hotel there’s loads of places to stay in Coventry centre at very economical prices, and it’s just 15 mins in a taxi away from the hotel.
